Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship by freight carrier to Germany, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. Every engine and gearbox is tested before dispatch and securely packed on a pallet. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

The delivery time is usually 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. The freight carrier usually announces the delivery by phone.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

Core deposit and return of the old part

For some items a core deposit (Altteilpfand) is charged. It is shown with the item and refunded to you promptly after return of the identical, complete old part. The old part can be handed to the delivering freight carrier or, by arrangement, dropped off at our premises.
