When replacement is needed
The intercooler lowers the temperature of the air compressed by the turbocharger, increasing power and efficiency. Stone chips, corrosion, cracked plastic tanks or oil residue after a turbo failure make it leak – noticeable as loss of power, whistling under load and boost pressure fault codes (P0299). Used original intercoolers are far cheaper than new parts; we stock air-to-air coolers from the front end as well as integrated water-to-air coolers in the intake manifold. Compare OE number, dimensions and connection diameter.
Used or new?
Almost all intercoolers in our stock are used original parts – tested, with mileage stated where known, and covered by a 12-month warranty. New parts (0 km, usually genuine stock) carry a 24-month warranty. The condition is stated on every item. We do not charge a core deposit on spare parts – that applies only to engines and gearboxes.
How to find the right part
What matters is the OE number (original part number) on your old part – cast in, stamped or on the label. Enter it in the search box above or compare it with the number in our product title; we also list equivalent numbers from other manufacturers (Bosch, Denso, Valeo, Pierburg …) where known. If in doubt, send us your VIN and we will check which part fits.

Used or new – what do I get?
The condition is stated on every item. "Used" is a tested original part from our stock with a 12-month warranty, "New" a part with 0 km and a 24-month warranty.
Is there a core deposit on spare parts?
No. We charge a core deposit only on engines and gearboxes. Spare parts are paid at the stated price; you can keep or dispose of the old part.
How is it delivered?
Securely packed as a parcel, or you collect the part in Nortmoor (Germany). Large parts such as cylinder heads or catalytic converters are packed accordingly.
