When replacement is needed
The high-pressure pump builds up fuel pressure on common-rail diesels (Bosch CP1, CP3, CP4; Delphi, Denso, Siemens/VDO) and direct-injection petrol engines. Failures show as hard starting, loss of power under load, rail pressure fault codes (P0087, P0191) or – with the CP4 – metal swarf in the fuel system. A used original pump with low mileage is a sound alternative; after a pump failure with swarf the whole system must be flushed. Compare the manufacturer number and the OE number, both of which are on the pump body.
Used or new?
Almost all high-pressure fuel pumps in our stock are used original parts – tested, with mileage stated where known, and covered by a 12-month warranty. New parts (0 km, usually genuine stock) carry a 24-month warranty. The condition is stated on every item. We do not charge a core deposit on spare parts – that applies only to engines and gearboxes.
How to find the right part
What matters is the OE number (original part number) on your old part – cast in, stamped or on the label. Enter it in the search box above or compare it with the number in our product title; we also list equivalent numbers from other manufacturers (Bosch, Denso, Valeo, Pierburg …) where known. If in doubt, send us your VIN and we will check which part fits.
Frequently asked questions: high-pressure fuel pumps
Will the part fit my car?
If the OE number matches, yes. Many parts come in several variants depending on model year, engine and power level – which is why we compare number by number. If in doubt, send us your VIN and we will check for you.
Used or new – what do I get?
The condition is stated on every item. "Used" is a tested original part from our stock with a 12-month warranty, "New" a part with 0 km and a 24-month warranty.
Is there a core deposit on spare parts?
No. We charge a core deposit only on engines and gearboxes. Spare parts are paid at the stated price; you can keep or dispose of the old part.
How is it delivered?
Securely packed as a parcel, or you collect the part in Nortmoor (Germany). Large parts such as cylinder heads or catalytic converters are packed accordingly.
